Your role
From welcoming customers to agreeing on closing deals , you’ll support the Service Consultants, Hostess / Receptionists and Product Geniuses in ensuring a smooth customer journey all the way to the car delivery.
We are recruiting a Showroom Hostess / Receptionist to join our exceptional Abu Dhabi Motors team. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with proven excellent customer service background, who is personable and capable to quickly establish their credibility.

Job requirements
We are looking for a Hostess / Receptionist to perform a variety of tasks. Duties of the Receptionist include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate the front office desk and handle the customer and their queries – walk in or via telephone
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry through CRM.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Professional personal appearance and excellent verbal communication, listening and telephone skills
- Organized and customer focused
- Skilled in basic customer service and prioritizing tasks in order to be able to direct the flow of visitors, phone calls, emails, appointments, etc.
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Draft emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work as part of a team and covering all the aspect of reception area
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent and strong communication skills
- Presentable
