Job Description
As a cleaner at AMENTUM, your primary responsibility is to ensure a clean and safe workplace for both clients and staff. You will be crucial in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping.
- Clean and disinfect common areas, kitchens, and restrooms to maintain hygiene.
- Empty and dispose of garbage and waste following established protocols.
- Keep windows, mirrors, and other surfaces spotless.
- Restock supplies in common areas and restrooms as needed.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate staff.
- Follow safety precautions and use cleaning supplies and tools correctly.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
- Contribute to a friendly and positive environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning agents and tools.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining hygiene.
- Ability to follow established protocols and cleaning schedules.
- Teamwork and effective communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift, bend, and clean as required.
- Understanding of workplace safety and health procedures.
- Ability to work various shifts as needed.
