Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process cash, credit, or debit card payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.
- Scan and bag items for customers.
- Answer customer questions and provide information about products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Handle exchanges and returns according to company policies.
- Count and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
