Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage SM Project Team: Oversee and guide the SM project team across four different entities, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of projects.
  • Project Execution: Ensure that all SM projects are executed with the highest quality standards and delivered on time, adhering to customer expectations and company standards.
  • Optimize Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement sourcing strategies that efficiently allocate manpower, optimizing resources for maximum productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coaching and Development: Mentor and coach team members to enhance their performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Customer Agreements & Service Levels: Own and manage standard customer agreements and service levels, ensuring that operational objectives are consistently met.
  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate, prioritize, and resolve complex issues that may arise within the team or across multiple geographic locations. Provide recommendations to executive leadership for solutions that impact the business positively.
  • Technical/Product Knowledge: Leverage strong technical and product knowledge to enhance operational efficiency and address challenges.
  • Quality Issue Management: Manage quality issues effectively by contacting key stakeholders, resolving complaints, and implementing improvement plans as needed.
  • Training & Audit Programs: Establish and maintain training, audit, and assessment programs to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company standards.
  • Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A university degree is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing operations in the service management sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical and product knowledge is essential for this role.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams across multiple locations, with a focus on optimizing performance and resolving complex issues.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage relationships, resolve complaints, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
