Key Responsibilities:
- Assist managers or senior executives by organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings, providing proactive and effective administrative support.
- Plan and arrange conferences, meetings, and travel to ensure smooth logistical operations.
- Prepare, distribute agendas, minutes, and supporting materials; follow up on action items as needed.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, responding or forwarding them appropriately.
- Assist in writing and formatting reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Conduct research, gather information, and compile data for various projects and reports.
- Maintain confidential files and records with professionalism and tact.
- Sort and prioritize incoming requests, addressing or escalating them as necessary.
- Support financial administration tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and monitoring budgets.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and foster positive working relationships.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a personal assistant or in a related administrative role is required.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools and applications.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and business affairs.
