Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train sales representatives to ensure high performance. Set sales targets and monitor team progress.
- Process Improvement: Implement sales tools, CRM systems, and best practices to enhance efficiency. Continuously improve sales processes.
- Performance Monitoring: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts. Use data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget, control expenses, and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive sales growth.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5-10 years in Retail Sales from the Food Industry/Snacks Industry/FMCG, with at least 3+ years in a management or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
