Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Retail Sales division in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, particularly within the food, snacks, or FMCG industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and growth by leading a high-performing sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and building key client relationships.

Salary: AED 8,000 – 12,000 ($2,161 – $3,241)
Education: Any Graduation (Science graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing preferred; MBA is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train sales representatives to ensure high performance. Set sales targets and monitor team progress.
  • Process Improvement: Implement sales tools, CRM systems, and best practices to enhance efficiency. Continuously improve sales processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts. Use data to identify trends and optimize sales strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget, control expenses, and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive sales growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 5-10 years in Retail Sales from the Food Industry/Snacks Industry/FMCG, with at least 3+ years in a management or leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Skills:
  • Proven success in Retail Sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
