Preparations Complete for the Third Hajj and Umrah Conference 2024 in Jeddah

Preparations for the Third Hajj and Umrah Conference 2024, held under the patronage of Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz, have been successfully completed. Scheduled to take place from January 8 to 11 at the Jeddah Superdome, the conference will be conducted under the supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. The primary objective of the conference is to enhance and improve the overall visitor experience for pilgrims undertaking the sacred journeys of Hajj and Umrah.

Hajj and Umrah Conference

The event is anticipated to bring together key stakeholders, experts, and participants involved in organizing and managing Hajj and Umrah activities. Through collaborative discussions and shared insights, the conference aims to explore ways to elevate the standards of services, ensure safety, and contribute to an enhanced and more efficient experience for pilgrims.

The Hajj and Umrah conference and exhibition, set to convene in Jeddah, will witness the participation of individuals associated with Hajj and Umrah from various countries. Representatives from Hajj Missions of different nations and professionals from organizations and companies providing services to Hajj pilgrims are expected to attend.

The overarching goal of the conference is to enhance facilities for pilgrims and introduce improved procedures and services based on past experiences. Participants will engage in comprehensive discussions covering all stages of the Hajj pilgrimage, from the arrival of pilgrims to the fulfillment of Hajj obligations and their subsequent return. Key aspects such as pilgrim arrival, transportation, accommodation, food, and other related issues will be thoroughly reviewed and addressed during the conference. The collaborative effort aims to foster continuous improvement and ensure a more seamless and enriching experience for all Hajj pilgrims.

Significant Participation and Achievements in Last Year’s Hajj and Umrah Conference

It’s noteworthy that the second conference held last year witnessed the active participation of over 100,000 visitors, including representatives from more than 360 government and private service provider organizations, as well as senior officials. The collaborative efforts during the conference resulted in the signing of 200 agreements pertaining to Hajj and Umrah.

The substantial turnout and numerous agreements underscore the importance of these conferences as platforms for meaningful discussions, exchanges, and collaborations among stakeholders. Such engagements contribute to continuous improvements in the services, procedures, and overall experience provided to Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. The upcoming conference is poised to build upon these achievements and further enhance the quality and efficiency of services related to these sacred journeys.
